I just was looking for wedding spots and typed in "wedding rock" its a spot in northern cal. and I came upon this site. Well I somehow got sucked in and it was cool reading about your guys's life stories.I am 26 also and we live on Kauai. I wish I did web design stuff. Noticed on the front page that you're going to New Orleans. It's my favorite city. There are a couple of places you have to see. Hovet Perfumers, which is an old-style French perfume shop that will custom mix anything for you. The Jazz Preservation Society, which has CDs of music you will find nowhere else. On the same street as the Jazz Preservation Society are several indie music stores, so if you are into music, check those out (I came home with a crate of stuff). Cafe Du Monde is a must, and if you love coffee, grab a few tins of the Community Coffee (yellow-orange can) to bring home, since that stuff is not sold outside of NOLA. If you want to party, go to Pat O'Brien's and check out the flaming gas (!!) fountain. Brennan's has the best Bananas Foster ever - it's an expensive, classy classy place and worth every penny. Last, grab a dinner cruise on one of the riverboats by the water. It's wildly romantic.
